Land Transfer Act Notices.

N OTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein
after described will be brought under the provi-
sions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month next
after the date of publication hereof.
Part of Section 40, Block VI., Town of Dunedin.-WIL-
LIAM MATHEW HODGKINS, Applicant. Occupied by
John William Massey. No. 3884.
Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
Dated this 13th day of May, 1889, at the Lands Registry

N OTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration of
the destruction by fire of Crown grant, and certificate
of title, in favour of CHARLES R. BLOXSOME, for a
block of land called or known by the name of Parekete No.
3B, and numbered 3999B, and of Lot 10 of a subdivision of
part of a block of land called or known by the name of
Whakau, and numbered 1725, situated at Whitianga, in the
District of Coromandel, and being the whole of the land
comprised in Vol. xxxviii., folio 43, and Vol. xlii., folio 15, of
the Register-books respectively, having been filed in this
office, and application having been made for the issue of
provisional certificates for the same, it is my intention to
issue such certificates unless caveat be lodged forbidding
the same on or before the 31st day of May instant.

day of May, 1889.
