Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Wakamarina Golden Bar Gold-mining Company
as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1886."

1. The name of the company is to be the Wakamarina
   Golden Bar Gold-mining Company (Limited).

2. The place of operations is at Wakamarina, in the Pro-
   vincial District of Marlborongh, and in the Marlborough
   Gold-mining District.

3. The registered office of the company will be situated
   at the Evening Post Chambers, corner of Willis Street and
