Application for Rehearing of Claim dismissed.

NATIVE LAND COURT OF NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a
session opened at Kihikihi, on the 29th day of June, 1886,
and adjourned to Alexandra on the 3rd day of March, 1887,
upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land
situate at Aotea, and known as Manuaitu-Aotea; and in the
matter of the several applications for a rehearing upon such
claim:

Upon inquiry in open Court as to the said applications
for rehearing, opened at Otorohanga, on the 30th day of
October, 1888, and by adjournment continued at Mercer, on
the 8th day of November, 1888, by the Chief Judge, assisted
by Nikorima Poutotara, an Assessor of the Court:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
do hereby dismiss such applications.
