the Perseverance Amalgamated Company as a Limited
Liability Company, under the provisions of "The Mining
Companies Act, 1886."

mated Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at Waikakaho,
in the Provincial District of Marlborough, Colony of New
Zealand. - The registered office of the company will be situated at

licensed holding, is five hundred pounds. - The number of shares in the company is thirty-two, of

THE OKARITO GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY
(LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that, in pursuance of "The
Companies Act, 1882," a General Meeting of the
members of the above-named company will be held at the
Union Insurance Company's Buildings, No. 172, Hereford
Street, Christchurch, New Zealand, on Wednesday, the 3rd
day of July, 1889, at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for the pur-
pose of having an account laid before them showing the
manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and
the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any
explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also
of determining, by extraordinary resolution, the manner in
which the books, accounts, and documents of the company
and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.
