T is hereby notified that the Hon. the Minister of Mines
has approved of the under-mentioned application for a
gold-mining lease being cancelled, being incorporated in a
special claim grant to the Enterprise Gold-mining Com-
pany:-

MAYOR, COUNCILLORS, AND CITIZENS OF THE
CITY OF WELLINGTON to HARRIET THERSEY
KING, transferred to WILLIAM HENRY MEXTED, of Sections
1 and 3, and Lot 2 of Section 2, Plan 298, part of Sections 1,
2, and 3, Block VIII., Mangahao Survey District: Notice of
re-entry and determination of above leases on the ground of
non-payment of rent will be entered on the register, on
application of the Wellington City Council, unless caveat be
lodged on or before the 23rd day of April, 1889.
