A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in pursuance of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fourth section of "The
Sheep Act, 1878, and of all other powers and authorities
enabling me in that behalf, I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the place mentioned in the
Schedule hereto shall be a place at which sheep to be in-
troduced by land into the sheep districts in the said Schedule
shall be crossed over the boundaries of such districts.

SCHEDULE.

NAPIER AND WEST COAST SHEEP DISTRICTS.
WHERE the track to Hunterville, known as "Murray's track,"
crosses the boundary of the Napier and West Coast Sheep
Districts.

Given under the hand of His Excellency Sir William
Francis Drummond Jervois, Lieutenant-General
in Her Majesty's Army, Knight Grand Cross of the
Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and
Saint George, Companion of the Most Honourable
Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in-
Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony of New
Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral
of the same; and issued under the Seal of the
said Colony, at the Government House, at Wel-

lington, this fourteenth day of February, in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-nine.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of the Native
Land Court of New Zealand, to be held at Kaihu, in
the District of Kaipara, on the 22nd day of February, 1889,
will be heard the application of the person whose name
appears in the first column for the partition of the land the
name of which appears in the second column, situate in
the district named in the third column.
