Trustees, or at any adjournment thereof, may vote by proxy if
the Chairman of the meeting be satisfied as to the validity
of such proxy.
17. Payment by the Trustees, made in accordance with
the determination of the meeting, shall be a sufficient dis-
charge to them and each of them in respect of such payment,
and all acts and things done by them under or in respect of
the said Trust property.
18. All charges and expenses incurred in giving effect to
these regulations shall be paid out of the moneys in the
hands of the Trustees.
19. For the purposes of these regulations the executor or
administrator of any deceased member shall be deemed to
represent such member, and to attend and vote at any
meeting and otherwise act in the place of such member:
Provided, however, that if there shall be more than one such
representative, then only one of such representatives shall
be entitled to attend and vote at any meeting.
