Companies Act, 1884,” that the Colonial Sugar-
refining Company (Limited), incorporated under an Act of
the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New
South Wales intituled the Companies Act, intends to com-
mence and carry on business in New Zealand, at No. 7,
Tyrone Buildings, Customs Street, in the City of Auckland,
in the Colony of New Zealand, at which place legal proceed-
ings of any kind may be served upon the said company, and
to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given.
