Description of Land.—All these sections are open lands. Section 129, broken; 131, about 50 acres flat; 132, broken and undulating; 135, broken and undulating; 139, undulating and flat; 140 and 141, about 50 acres flat on each section; 142A, broken and undulating: these sections are situated at Waitakerei Railway-station. 148 and 150, open, undulating land, fronting Old North Road; 149 and 151, open, undulating land; 153, 154, and 159, open, broken, and undulating land, frontage to Riverhead and Hobsonville Roads; 155, 156, 157, and 158, open, undulating land: these lots, situated within 4 miles of Henderson Railway Station, are kauri-gum lands, covered with low tea-tree and wiwi, soil yellow clay, resting on sandstone. From several of the lots, notably 157, 158, and 159, very pretty views of the Waitemata Harbour can be obtained.
