Native Land Court Notices.
Notice of Survey, &c., of Papahauhunga Block.
NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF GISBORNE.
Native Land Court Office,
Gisborne, 28th November, 1888.
WHEREAS upon investigation into the title to the Papahauhunga (otherwise Aruhetoronga) Block, held in the month of December, 1883, the Court required a survey of the said block to be made, and a plan of the land to be deposited in Court:
Notice is hereby given that such survey has been made, and a sufficient plan and description of the said land are now ready for, and open to, inspection at the office of the Registrar of the Court in Gisborne in the said district; and, if any person is desirous of making objection to the boundaries as defined by such plan, he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of such objection, and deposit the same at the said office before the 10th day of January, 1889.
And notice is hereby given that, if any such notice of objection is lodged as aforesaid, the Court will, at a sitting to be held at Gisborne aforesaid, on the 10th day of January, 1889, proceed to adjust and determine the boundaries of the said land according to the rights of the several parties interested.

Native Land Survey Fees unpaid, &c.
NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF GISBORNE.
NOTICE is hereby given that it has, under section 81 of “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” been certified to this Court that there had become owing to each certified Surveyor named in the first column in the Schedule herein the sum set opposite his name in the second column, by the Native owners of the land mentioned in the third column, for a survey of such land made by the said Surveyor.
