Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 53 of the Parish of Ahuroa; towards the east by a right line running due south from the southernmost angle of that section; towards the south by Block XIII., Mahurangi Survey District; again towards the east by a public road; towards the south by the road which forms the northern boundary of Section No. 30 of the Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid; towards the south-west generally by the stream which forms the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 34 of the same parish, and by Section No. 77 of the Parish of Komo-koriki; and towards the north-west by part of the north-western boundary of the Parish of Ahuroa aforesaid to the point of commencement. Cash price, 10s. per acre.
Description of Land: Mixed forest, rather broken country.

Coromandel County.
All that piece of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing approximately 580 acres, and situate in Blocks V. and VIII., Harataunga Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the waters of Cabbage Bay; towards the east by Moehau No. 3E Block; towards the south by Section No. 2 of Block V., Harataunga Survey District; again towards the east by a road and Section No.10 of Block VIII., Harataunga Survey District aforesaid; towards the south-west by Moehau No. 3 Block; and towards the west by Moehau No. 3A Block. Cash price, 10s. per acre.
Description of Land: Very broken, and of poor quality, chiefly covered with fern and tea-tree, with a little mixed forest.
