NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-
after described will be brought under the provi-
sions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

Town of Greymouth. Occupied by Applicant.

Town of Feilding, described in Vol. xxiv., folio 52, and
evidence having been lodged as to the loss of the original
certificate, I give notice that I will issue the certificate as
requested unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or
before the 13th day of December, 1888.

title, Vol. 37, folios 280 and 281, whereof JAMES WALLACE
is the registered Proprietor, and a statutory declaration of the
loss of the said certificates of title having been lodged with
me, and an application having been made for the issue of
provisional certificates, I hereby give notice that I shall
register such dealing, and issue the provisional certificates,
as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days after the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
