NOTICE is hereby given that the schedule required by section 113 of the said Act, with the approval of the Supreme Court, has been lodged at my office in Bond Street, Dunedin, and is now open there for inspection by the contributors to, and creditors of, the company; and that the claims mentioned in the said schedule will be paid at the said office after the lapse of twenty-one days from the publication of this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders, held in Mr. Stubbs’s Office, Timaru, on Saturday, the 22nd September, at 2 p.m., the following resolution was passed:—
“As it has been proved to the satisfaction of the Directors of the company that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, that it is desirable to wind the same up voluntarily; also that James Bruce be appointed Liquidator.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between JOHN VEALE, Jun., and CHRISTOPHER CARTER, both of New Plymouth, in the Provincial District of Taranaki, carrying on business at New Plymouth aforesaid as Grocers and Provision Dealers, under the style or firm of “Veale and Carter,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of October, 1888. The said John Veale will receive all debts owing to, and discharge all the liabilities of, the late firm.
