situate in the Crookston District, and being Section No. 29
of Block VIII. of said district. Bounded towards the north
by Section No. 15 of same block, 1439 links; towards the
south-east by a road-line, 921, 899, and 319 links; and
towards the west by Section No. 16 of same block, 1544
links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a
school-site.
SOUTHLAND.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Southland,
containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 6 perches, more
or less, being Section No. 5, Block IV., Town of Fortrose.
Bounded on the north by Section No. 4 of said block, 621·8
links; on the east by Beauly Street, 70 links; on the south-
east by Farrar Street, 759·5 links; and on the west by Sec-
tion No. 6 of said block, 505·6 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Invercargill.
As an addition to the cemetery reserve.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Southland,
containing by admeasurement 5 acres 1 rood 10 perches,
more or less, being Section No. 26, Block II., Seaward Bush
Township. Bounded on the north by a public road, 531
links; on the east by Section No. 27 of said block, 1000
links; on the south by Section No. 53 of said block, 531
links; and on the west by a public road, 1000 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is de-
lineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Sur-
veyor, Invercargill. For a school-site.
WESTLAND.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Westland,
containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being
Reserve No. 282 (in red), Block XIV., Wataroa Survey Dis-
trict. Bounded on the north by Section No. 99, 1000 links;
on the east by the Wataroa Flat Road, 1000 links; on the
south by Section No. 95, 1000 links: and on the west by
other part of Section No. 99, 1000 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Hokitika. For
a reserve for cemetery purposes.

Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

JOHN JAMES McDONALD
to be Trustees, in the place of Frederick Bevan and Joseph
Harris, resigned, and James McDonald, deceased, to provide
for the maintenance and care of the Marton Cemetery, in
conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant
under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the
tenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight.

to be Trustees, in the place of John Crawford and Walter
Robson, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care
of the Warea Cemetery, in conjunction with the other
persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor on the eighth day of October, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this ninth day of October, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight.
