A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land
Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare
that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the several
Proclamations enumerated in the Schedule hereto, so far as
they relate to the sections enumerated in the said Schedule,
shall be and the same are hereby revoked ; and do proclaim
and declare that the said sections are hereby withdrawn from
the village-homestead special-settlement system.
