SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 126 acres 2 roods 33 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1544 (in red), situate in the Orari and Geraldine Survey Districts. Bounded towards the north-east by Sections Nos. 3609 and 15892, 3319 and 4007 links respectively; towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 15590 and 15892, 3689 links, and a road-line 430 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 6260 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 17116, 3547 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; save and excepting thereout Reserve No. 2828 (in red), for a cemetery, which is included within the above-described boundaries; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of September, 1888.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Public Domains Act, 1881,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby revoke a certain Order in Council, dated the ninth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty, making delegation of certain powers in manner as therein appears; and doth, with the like advice and consent, by this present order, delegate, but only with respect to the piece or parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto, all the powers conferred by the Act aforesaid, except the powers under or conferred by sections five and twelve thereof, to the under-mentioned persons, who shall be known as the South Malvern Public Domain Board, namely,—

JAMES FORD,
EDWARD MCMILLAN, Sen.,
PATRICK DOYLE,
PATRICK KING, and
ALFRED PRUST WOODCOCK
(herein referred to as “the Board”), subject to the stipulations hereinafter contained, that is to say,—

The Board shall meet for the transaction of business on the first Tuesday in each month, at eight o’clock p.m., at Grinrod’s Store, South Malvern, or at such other time or place as may from time to time be fixed by the Board. The first meeting shall be held on Tuesday, the second day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

Special meetings may be convened by the Chairman or by any two members of the Board, provided that two days’ notice of such meeting be given to each member, specifying the business to be transacted at such special meeting, and no other business than that so specified shall be transacted at such meeting.

Any three of the said Board shall form a quorum. Any meeting may be adjourned from time to time.

ALL that area in the Hororata Survey District, Land District of Canterbury, containing 23 acres, more or less. Bounded north-eastward by a road-line; south-westward by the River Wakaepa; north-westward by Section No. 14759; and south-eastward by Section No. 1237: and numbered 1388 (in red) on the official map in the Survey Office, Christchurch.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this eighteenth day of September, 1888.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve made for public recreation in the Provincial District of Otago, and known as the Moeraki Recreation-ground (Public Baths), and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881;” and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with, in manner directed by the said Act, by the Domain Board constituted by an Order in Council issued on the twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-eight.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4 acres and 30 perches, more or less, situate in the Town of Moeraki, and being Section No. 15 of Block II., on the map of said town. Bounded towards the west by Crown lands, 230 links; towards the north by the ocean, 1250 links; towards the east by Crown lands, 280 links; and towards the south by Haven Street, 1100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
