Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Strath-Taieri Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in the first column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Names of Trustees. Name of Public Cemetery, and Description of Land.
John Hay. STRATH-TAIERI.
James Harrison. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 3 roods 36 perches, more or less, situate in the Strath-Taieri District, being Section No. 20, a subdivision of Sections Nos. 56 and 57, Block IX., and Section No. 6, Block X., of said district, now a village settlement. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 13 of said village settlement, 700 links; towards the East by Section No. 21 of said settlement, 711 links; towards the south by a street-line, 700 links; and towards the west by a street-line, 711 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, situate in the coast district, being part of Section No. 8, Block VII., on the map of the said district, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by other part of the said Section No. 8, 840 links; towards the north-east by a road-line, 600 links; towards the south-east by a road-line, 840 links; and towards the south-west by other part of the said Section No. 8, 600 links.
