NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership subsisting between ELIZA REID DICK, GEORGE AUFRERE FENWICK, and WILLIAM CHARLES KENNEDY, as Kerosene Bond Proprietors, has been this day dissolved. The affairs of the partnership will be wound up by Mr. Fenwick, to whom all moneys are to be paid.

In the matter of “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” and in the matter of the Colonial Sugar-refining Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” that the Colonial Sugar-refining Company (Limited), incorporated under an Act of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales intituled the Companies Act, intends to commence and carry on business in New Zealand, at No. 7, Tyrone Buildings, Customs Street, in the City of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, at which place legal proceedings of any kind may be served upon the said company, and to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given.
Dated at Auckland, this 13th day of January, 1888.

I, WILLIAM ALLAN, Bachelor of Medicine and Master of Surgery of the University of Edinburgh, now residing in the Taieri, hereby give you notice that I intend to apply to you on the 16th day of February, 1888, to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Colony of New Zealand; and that I have deposited my evidences of qualification for public inspection at the office of Births, Deaths, and Marriages, at Dunedin.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act, the charge will be 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertion required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
