NOTICE.
A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a transfer from JAMES HORNE to EDWARD KEMPTHORNE of his interest in Section 12, Block XXXIX., Town of Opunake, certificate of title, Vol. x., folio 190, and evidence having been adduced of the loss of such certificate, I hereby give notice that I shall, at the expiration of fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing this notice, register such transfer, unless in the meantime caveat be lodged forbidding me to do so.
