All that parcel of land in the Southland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 34 perches, more or less, being Section No. 7, Block I., Village of Drummond. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 800·8 links; on the east by a public road, 1009 links; on the south by a public road, 800 links; and on the west by Sections Nos. 5 and 6 of aforesaid block, 1045·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Invercargill.
