NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between WILLIAM EARP and CHARLES EARP, trading under the style or firm of “William Earp and Company,” of Blenheim, Merchants, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 30th day of April, 1888.
The business will be continued by Charles Earp, under the style or firm of “Charles Earp and Company;” and all debts due to and by the said firm of William Earp and Company will be respectively received and paid by the said Charles Earp.
As witness our hands this 4th day of May, 1888.

NOTICE.
THE Morton Mains Freehold Estate Company (Limited) have commenced business in Southland, and notice is hereby given that the office or place of business of the said company is situated at the Morton Mains Homestead, to the west of and distant about sixteen miles from the Town of Invercargill, in the County of Southland and Colony of New Zealand. Dated at Morton Mains, this 30th day of April, 1888.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act, the charge will be 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.
