Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

  1. ALFRED JOSEPH WHITE.—100 acres 2 roods 9 perches, Rural Section 340, Block XIV., Christchurch Survey District. Occupied by James Henderson.

  2. PHILIP BALL.—135 acres 1 rood 16 perches, Rural Section 7224, Block IX., Southbridge Survey District. Occupied by William Cooper and George Cooper.

  3. FRANK GRAHAM.—2 roods 1 perch, Sections 324 and 326, City of Christchurch. Occupied by Applicant.

Mining Notice.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Triumph Gold-mining Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies' Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Triumph Gold-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at the Big River District, County of Inangahua, Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Bridge Street, Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid.

  4. The capital of the company is twelve thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of ten shillings each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thousand, being the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.

  7. The amount already paid up is nil.

  8. The name of the Manager is Thomas Hubert Lee.
