NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of clause 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” that the lease of Run 427, near Manipori Lake, is liable to forfeiture for non-payment of rent.

Notice is hereby given that, at a sitting to be opened at Tologa Bay, on the 1st May, 1888, the Native Land Court will proceed to make inquiry into the nature of the titles to the said lands and into the nature of any trusts affecting such titles, and to make such orders thereon as may appear proper; and at such sitting all persons, whether Native or European, claiming title to such lands or to any estate therein, are hereby required to attend.
