IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a
session opened at Ohinemutu, Rotorua, in the said dis-
trict, on the 24th day of February, 1888, upon the hearing
of a claim for the investigation of title to land situate in
the said district, and known as Rotomahana Parekarangi;
and in the matter of the application of Himiona te Kura
and others for a rehearing upon part of such block, known
as Kapenga:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court,
and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me,
do hereby dismiss such application.
