All that parcel of land in the Nelson Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 2 roods 27 perches, more or less,
being Section No. 17A, Block XIV., Oparara Survey District.
Bounded on the northward 241 links, and on the eastward 278
links, by Section No. 17, Block XIV., Oparara District; on the
southward, 241 links, by Section No. 32, Block XIV., Oparara
District; and on the westward, 278 links, by a public road:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is
delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief

CANTERBURY.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Can-
terbury, containing by admeasurement 80 acres, more or less,
being Section No. 2778 (in red), situate in the Westerfield
Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a road-
line, 3215 links; towards the north-west by a line, bearing
240° 23', 4992 links; and towards the south by a road-line,
6111 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as
the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District
Survey Office, Christchurch. For a plantation.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Can-
terbury, containing by admeasurement 47 acres, more or
less, being Section No. 2779 (in red), situate in the Wester-
field Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a road-
line, 2857 links; towards the north-west by a line, bearing
240° 23', 2051 links; towards the south-west by Section
No. 29225, 1523 links; and towards the south-east by a line
parallel to the north-west boundary, 4215 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated
on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christ-

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Can-
terbury, containing by admeasurement 154 acres, more or
less, being Section No. 2806 (in red), situate in the Kowai
Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the River
Kowai; towards the south by a road-line running through
Section No. 3712, by Sections Nos. 3712, 31554, 32872, the
road-line north of 32534, and 24933, also by Sections
Nos. 24932, 27345, and 16957; and towards the east by a
line, bearing 178° 47', drawn from the north-eastern corner
of Section No. 16957: as the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Christchurch.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Can-
terbury, containing by admeasurement 16 acres, more or less,
being Section No. 2811 (in red), situate in the Pareora
Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and north-
west by the River Opihi; towards the south-west by Section
No. 21800; and towards the south-east generally by Sections
Nos. 19684 and 22302: as the same is delineated on the plan
deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For
river conservation.
OTAGO.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 25 perches, more
or less, situate in the Town of Naseby, and being Section
No. 1 of Block III. of said town. Bounded towards the
north-east by a tail-race reserve, 425 links; towards the south-
east by Derwent Street, 517 links; towards the south by
Section No. 18 of same block, 332 links; and towards the
north-west by Crown lands and by Section No. 19 of same
block, 686 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
For police purposes.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, situate
in the Table Hill District, and being Section No. 41 of Block
V. of said district. Bounded towards the north by Section
No. 18 of same block, 1337 links; towards the east by said
Section No. 18, 873 links; towards the south by Section No.
19 of same block, 1190 links: towards the north-west by a
road-line, 572 links; and towards the south-west by said road-
line, 433 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
For a school-site.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 11 acres and 22 perches, more
or less, situate in the Glenkenich District, and being Section
No. 48 of Block X. of said district. Bounded towards the
north-west by a road-line, 618 links; towards the north-east
by Section No. 48 of same block, 1624 links; towards the
east by Section No. 22 of same block, 268 links; and towards
the south and south-west by the Waikoikoi Stream 1840
links, also by Section No. 44 of same block 350 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For an addition to
a school-site.

vested in me by the sixth section of "The Ceme-
teries Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for
the maintenance and care of the public cemetery specified
in the second column of the said Schedule.
