I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Wakamarina Gorge Mining Company (Limited) as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1886."

1. The name of the company is to be the Wakamarina Gorge Mining Company (Limited).
2. The place of operations is at the Wakamarina Gorge, Wakamarina River, in the Provincial District of Marlborough.
3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Market Place, Blenheim.
4. The nominal capital of the company is two thousand pounds, in two thousand shares of one pound each.
5. The number of shares subscribed for is two thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.
6. The number of paid-up shares is two hundred and fifty.
7. The amount already paid up is eighty-seven pounds ten shillings.
8. The name of the Manager is Sutherland John Macalister, of Blenheim, Commission Agent.
9. The name of the solicitor to the company is Alfred Rogers, of High Street, Blenheim.
