Attention is directed to the position of these lots, situated as they are close to the new Meat Freezing Works at the Western Spit, and to the shipping business of Napier, thus affording to working-men, storekeepers, and others the only opportunity which is likely to occur for acquiring freeholds close to their places of occupation.

Application for Rehearing of Claim granted.
NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.
IN the matter of a decision of the Court given during a session opened at Kapanga, Coromandel, in the said district, on the 7th day of December, 1886, upon the hearing of a claim for the subdivision of land situate in the said district, and known as Totarawhakaturia; and in the matter of the application made to this Court, in writing, within three months after such decision was given, by Natives thinking themselves aggrieved thereby, for a rehearing upon the aforesaid claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby order that a rehearing upon such claim be had on the 1st day of May next, at a sitting of the Court to be then held at Coromandel, in the district aforesaid.
Dated this 24th day of March, 1888.
