Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this
purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of Trade and
Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul
the appointment of the under-mentioned warehouse for the
reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused
without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof,
namely,–

Port of Auckland.

The warehouse known as

HANCOCK'S BOND,

as appointed and described in Commissioner's Order of the
6th July, 1886.

The warehouse known as

LEVY'S BOND,

as appointed and described in Commissioner's Order of the
19th May, 1886.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this fifth day of
January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
eight.

purpose vested by “The Customs Laws Consolidation
Act, 1882,” I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do
hereby approve and appoint the under-mentioned warehouse
to be a warehouse for the reception of goods under bond,
namely,–

Port of Auckland.

The cellar, portion of the first floor, and the whole of the
second floor of a brick building situate in Fort Street, on part
of Allotment No. 1, Section No. 2, City of Auckland, to be
known as

HANCOCK'S BOND.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this fifth day of
January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
eight.

day of December, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-seven.

Manufacturing of Perfumery, &c.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the power in me for this pur-
pose vested by “The Customs Laws Consolidation Act,
1882,” I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do hereby
approve and appoint the under-mentioned premises to be a
warehouse or place of security for the manufacture therein
of perfumery and other articles in which spirit is a necessary
ingredient:–

Port of Wellington.

Upstairs portion of building No. 24, Lambton Quay, Wel-
lington, to be known as

KITCHEN AND SONS' PERFUMERY BOND.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this ninth day
of December, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-seven.

WIDE BAY BAR, WESTERN CHANNEL.

NOTICE is hereby given that the old Western Channel across
the bar has closed, and another channel opened out about
one mile from Inskip Point.
The triangular beacons in line, bearing N. 52° W., lead
through this channel in not less than 10ft. at low-water.
