IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a
session advertised to be held at Kaiapoi, in the said
district, on the 7th day of January, 1887, upon the hearing
of a claim to succeed to the interest of Wikitoria te Piki in a
block of land situate in the said district, and known as
Karamaea (Section 47); and in the matter of the application
of Pepene Poharama and others for a rehearing upon such
claim:
