WAIRARAPA NORTH COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Wairarapa North
County Council intends, under the provisions of “The
Public Works Act, 1882,” to take the parcel of land described
in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of a gravel reserve.
A plan of the said land is deposited in the Road Board Office,
Eketahuna, for inspection at all reasonable hours; and all
persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in
writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such
land, and to send such writing, within forty days from the
date hereof, to the said Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that piece of land, in the occupation of Ebenezer Tom-
linson, being part of Section No. 48, Block VI., Mangaone
Survey District, containing 2 acres and 25 perches. Bounded
towards the north-west by the Eketahuna to Tinui Road,
419·11 links; towards the south-west, 494·6 links; towards
the south-east, 508 links; and towards the north-east, 460
links, by the said Section No. 48.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned JAMES HORN
and JOHN CRAWFORD ANDERSON, carrying on business as
Storekeepers, at Quartzville, in Vincent County, under the
style or firm of “Horn and Anderson,” has been dissolved by
mutual consent as from the 1st day of December, 1887. All
debts due or owing by the said late firm will be received and
paid by the said James Horn.
As witness our hands, this 3rd day of January, 1888.

GALBRAITH AND JOHNSON.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between the undersigned CHRISTOPHER
GALBRAITH and JOHN CHARLES JOHNSON for carrying on the
business of Sawmillers, at Whananaki, in the Provincial
District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand, under
the style or firm of “Galbraith and Johnson,” has been
dissolved as from this day.

THE ENDEAVOUR INLET ANTIMONY COMPANY
(LIMITED).
SPECIAL resolutions passed the 17th day of January,
1888; confirmed the 3rd day of February, 1888.
At an extraordinary general meeting of the Endeavour
Inlet Antimony Company (Limited), duly convened and
held at the registered office of the company, Customhouse
Quay, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 17th day of January,
1888, the subjoined special resolution was duly passed; and
at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said
company, also duly convened and held at the same place, on
the 3rd day of February, 1888, the subjoined special resolu-
tion was duly confirmed, viz.: “That the Endeavour Inlet
Antimony Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily
under the powers of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’”

three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act, the
charge will be 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
