In lieu of the sittings of the said Court appointed to be held at Gisborne on the 12th March, 1888, sittings of the said Court for the trial of criminal and civil cases, and of causes under “The Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867,” shall be held at the Courthouse, Gisborne, on Monday, the 19th day of March, 1888.

If the day above appointed for sittings should be a public holiday, the sittings will commence on the first day after the day so appointed which is not a holiday.

Notice of Survey of Puringa Block.

NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND :
DISTRICT OF GISBORNE.

WHEREAS upon an investigation into the title to the Puringa Block, had in the month of January, 1882, the Court required a survey of the said block to be made, and a plan of the land to be deposited in Court :

Notice is hereby given that such survey has been made, and a sufficient plan and description of the said land are now ready for and open to inspection at the office of the Registrar of the Court in Gisborne, in the said district ; and if any person is desirous of making objection to the boundaries as defined by such plan he must give notice thereof to the Court, stating the grounds of such objection, and deposit the same at the said office before the 20th day of March, 1888 : And notice is hereby given that if any such notice of objection is lodged as aforesaid the Court will, at a sitting to be held at Gisborne aforesaid, on the 27th day of March, 1888, proceed to adjust and determine the boundaries of the said land according to the rights of the several parties interested.
