Application for Rehearing of Claim dismissed.

NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND:
DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a session opened at Maketu, in the Bay of Plenty, in the said district, on the 7th day of September, 1887, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Mata Hera Manutawhiorangi in a block of land situate in the said district, and known as Waitahanui; and in the matter of the application of Te Reimana Pohipi for a rehearing upon such claim:

I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
