I HEREBY give notice that, in pursuance of the powers granted by "The Public Works Act, 1876," the Southland County Council did, on the 13th January, 1882, declare the following roads to be county roads within the meaning of the said Act, namely :—
- Road from the Railway Station at One-tree Point to the east boundary of Block VIII., Invercargill Hundred.
- Road from Waikaka Railway Siding, following up west bank of Waikaka Stream, through Waikaka Township, to boundary of Gore Riding.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between ARTHUR BLENNERHASSETT and WILLIAM BLENNERHASSETT, trading at Otakeho as Store-keepers, under the style of "Blennerhassett Brothers," has been, as from the 31st day of December last, dissolved by mutual consent, the said William Blennerhassett retiring from the firm.
All debts due to or owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Arthur Blennerhassett, who will carry on the said business.

In the matter of "The Companies Act, 1882," and of the Timaru Steam-collier Company (Limited).
AT the annual general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at the registered office (Ross, Sims, and Co.'s) of the company, Great North Road, Timaru, on the 24th day of August, 1886, the subjoined resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent special general meeting of the members of the said company, also duly convened and held at the same place on the 8th day of September, 1886, the said resolution was duly confirmed:—
"That the Timaru Steam-collier Company (Limited) be wound up; and that Messrs. Robert Stansell and D. M. Ross be appointed Liquidators."
