IN pursuance of clause 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” I hereby give notice that the runs mentioned in the Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the respective rents, together with the penalty for non-payment at due date, are not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Christchurch, within three months of the date of this notice.

WHEREAS evidence has been lodged with me of the destruction by fire of Crown grant, Vol. iv., folio 190, for Section 3, Township of Black’s Point, to WALTER KRUIZENGA, and also of Crown grant, Vol. iv., folio 192, for Sections 7 and 8, same township, to THOMAS LAWN: Notice is hereby given that I will issue provisional certificates of title to the said Walter Kruizenga, in lieu of said grants, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 14th January next.

Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register Green’s Reef and Seam Workings Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”

  1. The name of the company is to be Green’s Reef and Seam Workings Company (Limited).

  2. The place of operations is at Ophir, Otago, New Zealand.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Leven Street, Naseby, Otago.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is seven thousand five hundred pounds, in twenty-five thousand shares of six shillings each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thousand six hundred and fifty-four, being more than two-thirds of the shares in the company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
