The Honourable THOMAS FERGUS to be Minister of Justice and Defence ;
The Honourable GEORGE FISHER to be Minister of Education and Commissioner of Trade and Customs ; and
The Honourable GEORGE FREDERICK RICHARDSON to be Minister of Lands, Mines, and Immigration.
