IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the sixth section of “The Cemeteries Act, 1882,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
WILLIAM HERBERT ALINGTON and
HASTINGS M. LEE
to be Trustees, in the place of Charles Bourne, who has left the district, and Edward James Lee, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Ellesmere Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor on the eighteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twentieth day of September, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.
