Land Transfer Act Notices.
A PPLICATION having been made to me to register a re-entry by the Lessors under Leases Nos. 340 and 346, the PATEA HARBOUR BOARD to GEORGE WILLIAM GANE and MICHAEL SAMUEL DANIELS respectively, over Allotments 5 and 6 of Section 131, Whenuakura, part of the land contained in certificate of title, Vol. xv., folio 149, I hereby give notice that I shall register such re-entry at the expiration of one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
