SPECIAL ORDER made by the Waitemata County Council on Friday, the 5th August, 1887.
THAT the Woodhill Road Board and the Waioneke Road Board be dissolved, and the Woodhill Road District and the Waioneke Road District be merged in the county, on and after the 10th day of September, 1887.

THE following special order, made by the Akaroa County Council, is published in accordance with "The Counties Act, 1886."

SPECIAL ORDER.
RESOLVED, That the Council, under special order, alter the boundaries of the different ridings in the county, in accordance with the 44th section of "The Counties Act, 1886," as follows: That the present Ridings of Pigeon Bay, Port Levy, and Port Victoria be constituted one riding, to be called the Port Levy Riding, and that the said new riding of Port Levy return two members to the Council; and, further, that the number of Councillors be reduced to eight, under the 83rd clause of "The Counties Act, 1886," as follows, and that the following members be returned by the
under-mentioned ridings: Wainui, two members; Little River, two members; Port Levy, two members; Okain's Bay, one member; Le Bon's Bay, one member: total, eight.
The above special order will take effect in accordance with sections 83 and 88 of "The Counties Act, 1886."
I hereby certify that the above special order has been duly passed in the manner prescribed by section 125 of "The Counties Act, 1886."
