section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the land described in the Schedule hereto for sale as a village settlement, upon such terms and conditions which are to be set forth in an Order in Council to be made under the one hundred and sixty-seventh section of the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by the one hundred and thirty-fifth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be set apart for lease, with right of renewal, under the provisions of Part IV. of “The Land Act, 1885.”

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart land for a special settlement for members of the Police and Armed Constabulary Force, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the sections of land enumerated in the Schedule hereto.
