THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

I, Robert Park, of Dunedin, the Manager of the Queen
Victoria Gold-mining Company (Limited), do solemnly
and sincerely declare that this is a true and com-
plete statement of the affairs of the said company at the
present date; and I make this solemn declaration conscien-
tiously believing the same to be true, and by virtue of "The
Justices of the Peace Act, 1882."

SPECIAL RESOLUTION OF THE FORTROSE DAIRY
FACTORY COMPANY (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders,
held at Elliot's Hotel, Fortrose, on the 20th July,
1887, the following motion was unanimously carried:
"That the affairs of the company be voluntarily wound up;
that ANDREW McBEATH, of Fortrose, be appointed Liquida-
tor, and that he be paid the sum of £10 10s. as his remune-
ration." At an extraordinary general meeting, held at the
same place, on the 30th July, the above motion was con-
firmed.

notice is hereby given that it is proposed to transfer
the interest of the estate of ALFRED BELL, of Kenepuru,
Engineer, deceased, in a deferred-payment license over 213
acres, more or less, at Kenepuru Sound, being Section 2,
Block I., Gore Survey District, unto WILLIAM HENDERSON,
WILLIAM HENDERSON, Jun., and JOHN DANIEL HENDERSON,
all of Kenepuru, Settlers.

THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s.
per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than
three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per
line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act, the
charge will be 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible
hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a com-
mission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday even-
ing in each week, and notices for insertion must be received
by the Government Printer before two o'clock of the day
preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government
Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should
be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in
payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAY-
MENT BEING MADE.
