IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given during a session opened at Hastings, in the said district, on the 1st day of December, 1884, and adjourned from time to time, upon the hearing of a claim for the investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and known as “Te Kuha;” and in the matter of the application of Watene Hapuku and others for a rehearing upon such claim :
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
