NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-after described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office within one calendar month from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

WHEREAS under the provisions of “The Rating Act, 1882,” Allotment 195 of the Parish of Te Papa, referred to in Crown grant, Vol. XX., folio 130, of the Register-book at Auckland, was sold by the Registrar of the Supreme Court to GEORGE ALFRED CRABBE, and the transfer was registered in accordance with above Act without the production of the Crown grant: And whereas application has been made by the purchaser that a provisional certificate may be issued to him: Notice is hereby given that I will issue such provisional certificate at the expiration of fourteen days from the publication of this notice unless caveat be lodged.
