Partition of Land under “The Native Land Court Act, 1886.”

NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of the Native Land Court of New Zealand, to be held at Maketu, in the District of Bay of Plenty, on the 7th day of September next, will be heard the applications of the person whose name appears in the first column for the partition of the lands the names of which appear in the second column, and the boundaries of which are named in the third column.

SCHEDULE.

1 The Governor Kaituna and Te Tumu. On the North is the Bay of Plenty; on the East, Maketu Reserve; on the South, Paengaroa Block; and on the West, Kaituna River and Te Puke Block.
2 The Governor Ngatipahiko The boundary on the North is a line 12598 links, commencing at Waiwhero on the Waiari Stream, proceeding to Ohehe; and towards the North-west is a line 5138 links to Kohea, continuing 21300 links to Otahupa, lines 1810 links and 5690 links to Pukunui, and lines 8930 links and 3109 links to the junction of Te Paraiti and Kaituna Streams. The boundary to the North-east is the Kaituna Stream, commencing at the entrance of Te Paraiti into the mouth of Te Haruru; on the South the stream of Te Haruru as far as its entrance into the Kaituna, along that river 4900 links, lines 13100 links and 14400 links, as far as Te Tauohikitia on the Waiari Stream; on the West the Waiari Stream, commencing at Te Tauohikitia, and continuing to Waiwhero, the commencement.
3 The Governor Paengaroa On the North is Kaituna Block; on the East, Maketu Reserve, Waikokopu Stream, and Waiwhakaretu Stream; on the South, along lines from the Waiwhakaretu Stream to Kaituna Stream; and on the West, Kaituna Stream to its junction with Waiari Stream, at the commencement.
4 The Governor Te Rauotehuia On the North is a line and part of Te Ohineahuru Block; on the East, Waiparapara Block; on the South, a line; and on the West, a line proceeding to Waitepuia Stream, at the starting-point.
5 The Governor Pukaingataru On the northern side is Kaituna Block; on the eastern side are survey-lines; on the South, Papanui, that is, Paengaroa Block; and on the West is Kaituna Stream.
6 The Governor Pukehina On the North is the Bay of Plenty; on the East, Waitahanui Block; on the South and West, Pongakawa Stream and the mouth of Waihi.
7 The Governor Paengaroa North On the North is Kaituna Block and Whakapaukorero; on the East and North is Rauotehuia; on the East again, Waewaetutuki Block and the Kaikokopu and Pokopoko Streams; on the South-west, Paengaroa South; on the West, Kaituna River; on the North-west, Pukaingataru; and on the South and South-west is also Pukaingataru.
8 The Governor Lots 14 and 28, Parish of Matata On the North-east is a road, the Town of Richmond, and another road; on the East is also a road; on the South is Lot No. 23; and on the West, Lot No. 17; on the North-east is Lot 29; on the South-east, Lot 30; on the West, Lot 63; and on the North-west, Lot 27.
9 The Governor Sections 282 and 377, Parish of Waiotahi On the North-east is Lot No. 281 and a road; on the South-east, Lot No. 283; on the South, a road; and on the South-west and North-west, the Harbour of Ohiwa; on the North is Lot No. 375; on the East, Lot 378; and on the South and West, a road.
10 The Governor Paeroa East Nos. 1A and 2A On the North-east is Rotomahana-Parekarangi Block; on the South-east, Paeroa East No. 2A; on the South, Paeroa East No. 1B; on the South-west, Paeroa East No. 4B; and on the North-west, Rotomahana-Parekarangi again. On the North-east is Rotomahana-Parekarangi Block and Rerewhakaaitu No. 1; on the South, Paeroa East No. 2B; and on the North-west, Paeroa East No. 1A Block.
11 The Governor Okoheriki No. 2D On the North is Okoheriki No. 2E Block; on the East, a road; on the South-east, Okoheriki Nos. 1H and 1D; and on the West, Okoheriki No. 2B Block.
