Application for Rehearing of a Claim granted.—Kaitieke Block.

NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND :
DISTRICT OF WHANGANUI.
IN the matter of a decision of the Court given during a session opened at New Plymouth, in the said district, on the 7th day of January, 1887, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land near Waitotara, in the district aforesaid, known as Kaitieke; and in the matter of an application for a rehearing upon the said claim made to this Court, in writing, within three months of such decision:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do hereby order that a rehearing upon such claim be had on Wednesday, the 20th day of July, 1887, at a sitting of the Court to be then held at Whanganui.
