Bounded on the North-eastward by Queen Street, 500 links; on the South-eastward by Daniel Street, 1100 links; on the South-westward by Palmerston Street, 500 links; and on the North-westward by Section No. 1020, 1100 links. For an addition to the Westport Domain.

CANTERBURY.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, being Section No. 2759 (in red), situate in the Geraldine Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 9853; towards the East by Section No. 12235; towards the South and West by the Kakahu Stream: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For river-conservation purposes.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 19 perches, more or less, being Section No. 2760 (in red), situate in the Hakateramea Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by a road-line, 293 links; towards the North-west by Lot No. 4, subdivision of Reserve No. 261, 917 links; towards the South-east by Lot No. 6, subdivision of Reserve No. 261, 528 links, also by a road-line 485 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For the storage of metal.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Canterbury, containing by admeasurement 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section No. 2761 (in red), situate in the Hakateramea Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by a road-line, 330 links; towards the North-west by Reserve No. 2760 (in red), 528 links; and towards the South-east by a road-line, 581 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch. For public buildings.

OTAGO.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Town of Balclutha, and being Sections Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block XXII., of said town. Bounded towards the North-west by Sections Nos. 3 and 18 of same block, 500 links; towards the North-east by Stamford Street, 700 links; towards the South-east by Harwich Street, 500 links; and towards the South-west by Hasborough Street, 700 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For an agricultural and pastoral society’s show-ground.

WESTLAND.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Westland, containing 500 acres, situate in Blocks VII. and VIII., Mahinapua Survey District. Bounded towards the West by the Beach Road; towards the North by Sections Nos. 2153 and 2050; towards the East by a road reserved along the Mahinapua Creek; and towards the South by a line parallel with the northern boundary: exclusive of Railway Reserve No. 9. For a site and grounds for an asylum for aged and infirm miners.

All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Westland, containing 8 acres, being Reserve No. 270 (in red), Block XIV., on the map of the Kanieri Survey District. Bounded towards the North by the Kokatahi Road; towards the East by a road reserved along Duck Creek; towards the South by Section No. 1981; and towards the West by a line bearing 204° 42', to include the quantity. For a school-site.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this fifth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-seven.
