Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same within one calendar month after
date of the Gazette containing this notice.

  1. NAPIER PARK COMPANY (LIMITED), Applicant.—
    82 acres, more or less, part of Suburban Sections 42 and 65,
    Meanee. Occupied by the Applicant Company.

  2. ARCHIBALD BRYSON, Applicant.—27 perches,
    more or less, being Lots 4, 16, and 17 of Town Sections 273
    and 274, Napier. Occupied by Barnett Saeffer.

  3. NELSON BROTHERS (LIMITED), Applicants.—29
    acres 3 roods 4 perches (Lot 5, deposited Plan No. 446), part
    of the Mangateretere East Block. Lately occupied by
    J. B. Brathwaite.
