I hereby give notice that the runs enumerated in the
Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of
rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, is not
paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Hokitika, within
three months of the date of first insertion of this notice.

trict, occupied by him, to JOHN DODD, of Kurow, Settler ;
and that the said application will be considered by the Land
Board, at a meeting to be held on Wednesday, the 4th May,
