Mining Notice.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Argosy Gold-mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”

1. The name of the company is to be the Argosy Gold-mining Company (Limited).
2. The place of intended operations is at Oriental Creek.
3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Broadway, Reefton.
4. The nominal capital of the company is fifteen thousand pounds, in thirty thousand shares of ten shillings each.
5. The number of shares subscribed for is thirty thousand.
6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.

NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of Shareholders of Cook’s Patent Wool-scouring Company (Limited), duly convened and held on Friday, the 18th day of March, 1887, and confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of Shareholders of the above company, duly convened and held on Friday, the 1st day of April, 1887, the following resolution was passed:—
“That the Cook’s Patent Wool-scouring Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up; and that Mr. B. Metcalfe be appointed Liquidator, with power to realize the assets and property of the company in such manner as he shall think fit, and with authority to make such arrangements for the payment of the debts of the company as he shall think fit.”

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately existing between the undersigned in the business of Drapers, carried on by them in the City of Nelson under the style or firm of “Loveday and Heyhoe” was, on the 1st day of April, 1887, dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by Loveday Brothers, who will receive all moneys and assets payable or belonging to the late firm of Loveday and Heyhoe, and pay all the liabilities thereof.
