Parish of Opaheke.

Description of Land: All heavy mixed bush. Lot 199, generally broken, clay soil, well watered; 199A, about 20 acres fairly level, remainder broken, well watered; 199B, very broken, soil poor, a few good kauri and totara trees.

Parish of Opaheke (Williamson’s Clearing).

Description of Land: Mixed forest, good soil, well watered.

Description of Land: Heavy bush land, contains a number of good kauri trees, clay soil, rather broken, well watered, about three miles from Papakura Railway-station.

Parish of Waiuku East.

Parish of Maungatawhiri.

Description of Land: Three-fourths low lying heavy manuka-scrub land, soil first-class, one-fourth swamp, good natural drainage into Waiponga Stream.

WAIKATO COUNTY.

Parish of Whangamarino.

Description of Land: About 25 acres kahikatea forest (swampy), 75 acres swamp, the remainder broken poor land, accessible by main road and Waikato River.

WAIPA COUNTY.

Parish of Horotiu.

Description of Land: About one-half open fern and manuka, level land, remainder swamp, soil poor on dry land, swamp easily drained, accessible by main road from Ngaruawahia to Whatawhata.

Parish of Pukete.

Description of Land: Broken, fern-hills and swamp, soil fair, accessible by road.

Terms of Sale: One-fourth of purchase-money to be paid at time of sale, and the balance within two months thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall thenceforward be null and void. Crown-grant fees to be paid on completion of purchase.

Maps of the above lands may be seen and further particulars obtained on application at this office.

Schedules containing descriptions, &c., of the above lands will be exhibited at railway-stations and post offices.

Pastoral Leases in the Wellington Land District.

NOTICE is hereby given that the under-mentioned runs will be offered at auction, on Thursday, the 31st March, 1887, at the Survey Office, Wanganui, at 11 a.m., on pastoral lease for a term of twenty-one years, at the upset annual rental stated opposite each run.
