In the matter of “The Charitable Trusts Extension Act, 1886,” and in the matter of the will and codicil thereto of Rebecca Hodge, late of the City of Auckland, in the Colony of New Zealand, Widow, deceased.
NOTICE is hereby given that the scheme submitted by the Trustees of the will of the said Rebecca Hodge, deceased, under the provisions of the above Act, for consideration by His Honour Mr. Justice Ward, a Judge of the abovenamed honourable Court, has this day been approved by order of the said Judge.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, at Dunedin, as Barristers and Solicitors, under the style of “Reid Bros. and Finch,” has expired by effluxion of time, and is dissolved as from this date.

SUBSCRIPTIONS.—The subscription is at the rate of 30s. per annum, PAYABLE IN ADVANCE. A less period than three months cannot be subscribed for.
Single copies of the Gazette, 6d. each.
Advertisements are charged at the uniform rate of 6d. per line for each insertion.
For half-yearly statements under the Mining Act, the charge will be 23s.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the paper, and signatures, &c., should be written in a legible hand.
The number of insertions required must be written across the face of the advertisement.
Booksellers and Advertising Agents will be allowed a commission at the rate of 5 per cent.
The New Zealand Gazette is published on Thursday evening in each week, and notices for insertion must be received by the Government Printer before two o’clock of the day preceding publication.
Communications should be addressed to the Government Printer, Wellington, to whom post office money orders should be made payable.
Postage or duty stamps cannot in any case be received in payment from any place at which post office orders are issued.
NO ADVERTISEMENT WILL BE INSERTED WITHOUT PREPAYMENT BEING MADE.
